Hampton Inn & Suites Buffalo/Downtown

The staff we interacted with were very kind, breakfast was good and the cleaning staff was wonderful. There was a missed used coffee pod in the room's coffee maker, but other than that it was pretty clean. There was only one option for coffee creamer but they had half and half and lots of different tea. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and my daughter couldn't get enough of the waffles! It was a wonderful stay in a great location and the security features throughout were a nice touch.

The downtown location of this hotel, with free parking, was exactly what I needed. Easy access to restaurants and interesting local sights. My room was spotless and I had a great view of the setting sun over the Niagara River from my room. It was lovely. Breakfast was good too (and free).

Hotel was great, clean, easily accessible. I would stay here again for sure.

Location was perfect. The staff was excellent! When I got there, they told me I had two reservations through booking.com, although I only made one and only one showed up in my app. The staff was nice enough to remove the second one and not charge me.
